I agree to with you about the fact that Ken keeps a great story going, and I noted blopa's statement which states that in the "filler" chapters, the plot is still good (which I also agree to).

I absolutely agree. Just like blopa said, even the filler chapters are amazing.

I obviously like it when the plot advances, but most of Ken's "filler" chapters are really good as well. I don't think any Negima chapters I've read really disappointed me.

Cool chapter. Seems that the fall of Ostia, both metaphorical and literal, was due to an overload of Asuna's power, so let's see what happens when she recovers her memory.

Another thing to note: Take a look at one of Negima's "nothing happens" chapters, full of either ecchi or comedy, and one of Bleach or Naruto's, full of boring pages.
