Winry and Havoc are also there. Look for the hand with a wrench (bottom, in the middle) and for another one with a cigarette (right bottom corner). Come on, those two couldn't have been left out :)

No, I see them, I was just wondering why we didn't get full body shots of them and we only see their hands like the other dead characters.  I guess it's because they're not in Central fighting like the others.
