I'm disappointed in this chapter because I feel like a few tweaks were all it really needed in order to be, maybe not a great chapter, but at least a decent one transitioning back to the Dark Continent stuff. Unlike a number of comments here, I am willing to buy into the Nen after death move of Hisoka's... to a certain degree. The idea that he could use Bungee Gum to forcibly expand and contract, thus performing CPR on himself, would be a viable tactic for revival in this situation since he died of suffocation; and it is consistent with the properties of the ability as we know it. The problem for me lies less with the tactic itself and more with the timing of everything. This technique would be a lot more reasonable in my mind if it happened moments or minutes after death. But the fact that it has been much longer (since rescue crews have arrived, the results are being reported on the news, and the Troupe has moved Hisoka elsewhere) just means that Hisoka should have woken up to find himself a vegetable. Additionally, it seems weird that it would have taken this long for it to activate since it does not feel like you should be able to control the timing of Nen after death; and, in the case of Pitou previously, it took effect very shortly after dying.
All in all, this set up just reeks of contrivance. I would have been much happier to see Hisoka die, Chrollo briefly confirm it and leave (since he was responsible for a massive explosion and the death of quite a few audience members, a hasty exit would make sense), Hisoka's Nen could then activate and revive him, Hisoka could seek of Machi separately, and then everything else could have played out as is. Oh well.
On a positive note though, I am happy to see that the Troupe and Hisoka will be playing a role in this arc. It will be interesting to see all of these factions fight it out.
