Hunter x Hunter Chapter 346 Discussion

I'm guessing sooner or later we'll see quite a few enemies who will surpass Meruem on this continent.  They sent Netero to deal with Meruem even though who was no longer the strongest hunter. Also Beyond may surpass his father's prime(which we haven't even seen yet).



It'll make logical sense if some of creatures in the Dark Continent surpass Meruem in terms of strength(though they'll probably lack Nen) cause like someone said before, he was probably from an inferior race of ants and the beasts are probably even stronger than the ants. Though I would of loved the idea that Meruem could of conquered the world had he not learned compassion and other emotions, not been poisoned and continued to evolve and that humanity was just lucky. Though the rankings for who is the top 5 hunters haven't been shown and he was probably weaker than some or all of the those hunters and Netero, Knov, and Morel were believed to be adequate.



Maybe I'm just being a fanboy, but I loved Meruem character development and his exponential growth. Hopefully Togashi gives the future characters great personalities and character development like he did with Meruem without feeling like a repeat of events.

Another interesting set up chapter for whats coming. I really get the feeling that this arc is just going to be an enormous scale, it certainly is looking like that.



So we finally get an idea of just how lethal the enemies are over there at the dark continent, ranking them even higher the chimera ants. Can you imagine an enemy stronger then Merium.



These last few chapters have been some what a little of the slow pacing, but im still liking all of the exposition and building that togashi is revealing in these latest chapters. Still, i can't wait till there expedition actually starts.







I am not sure about you guys, but the Ants was overrated(Yeah it still dangerous). It so obvious that queen was a loser who flee from DC. It started to out of control because the queen got all those fodder human to eat thus her next generation so overpowered + nen.



So it just makes sense whoever can drift away that ant queen from DC are more dangerous.



But for at least Pitou, Youpi, and Meruem. Probably they able to survive in DC.



For the mole? If it's in the zodiac, i probably suspect that horse the most.



I can't wait for the conflict begin. At least show me Pariston or Ging hatsu, damn it. I afraid that their ability is something absurd like Biscuit's Cookie-chan. that will be the greatest troll. XD



Wow, your post just led to a interesting conclusion. Considering how big and dangerous the organisms are in the Dark Continent, human sized Chimera Ants are probably just the equivalent of regular ants there.
