Hunter x Hunter Chapter 280 Discussion

Knuckle's inner thoughts are both emotionally powerful and hilarious this chapter. I really like that Togashi seems to have a few in-jokes with the readers regarding the slow passage of time.

Yays for finally being caught up.  Noes for another Hiatus.



I hope the mangaka is just behind and not having any other type of problem.  Apparently its only been in the last year that he has had these hiatuses.

Killua made a nice timing and entrance. Is that one of his new attack? The thunder seems to be stronger and bigger than his usual ones.



Glad one of the ant is going to die soon, two more to go and a king. Too bad we have another hiatus! Don't take too long, Togashi sensein (and invite an assistant already!)

yea i'm kinda sick of this arc by now, felt weird from the start. too many new characters and shit. it would be nice to see more hisoka, and also see if leorio and kurapica have changed at all.

While being painfully predictable it was an awesome chapter :D killua finally showing off his new move idea, dying to see netero!

I finally made it. whew.

.. wait, hiatus?! Im dying to see killua's new moves!

It was a nice conclusion to that battle--one less for Togashi to distract us with.  I'm still dying to see Gon and Neferpitou and Netero and Meruem.  Even just a glimpse of them, cause we've been without them for several months now and it's past the point of being suspenseful.



As we all are, I hope this is a short hiatus.

Finally caught up! :D



I hope the fight isn't over yet, and I hope to see more of Killua's new technique.

Also, I really hope this hiatus isn't very long (maybe 3 or 4 months max).

Really awesome plan by Youpi, he had Knuckle hook, line, and sinker. He never could have predicted Killua's entrance though. I love Knuckle's wonder why he was doing this for Shoot, when he doesn't even like the guy. "In fact, I think he's kind of creepy" heh.

it's over just like that? Killua enters the stage by using his uber-electric shocks and Knuckles punches Yupi into next week and the fight has reached its conclusion? I think not. I'm hoping not. Killua hasn't been in the spotlight since they sieged the palace. I think this is the perfect time for Killua to exhibit his skills.



oh well, another hiatus again by Togashi-sensei. I'm hoping that this hiatus will be those "mini" ones, like 6 weeks or so.
