I just realized something. When any villain DBZ attacked earth, couldn't they have easily defeated them by turning them into carrots with this guy's help? I mean he'd probably die from the first blow but as long as the enemy touched him they'd be turned into carrots right? If his powers work on saiyans they should've worked on Cell or Frieza.

Putting the villains on the moon is probably the most Dr. Slump-moment of Dragon Ball. This is one of the weirdest stories of the series.

lol How did they survived on the moon?

Carrot's side-story here always stuck out to me from Dragon Ball, since his powers are so bizarrely hax after first experiencing how things are handled in Z. And the moon finish, while appropriate to the old Japanese story, is perhaps the wackiest thing I've seen in the Dragon Ball series. Pretty enjoyable altogether.

First of all, the power of rabbit boss doesn't make sense and is too op.

2ndly if gokus's staff can stretch till the moon then he can keep it at an angle and stick it to the ground and then extend it to travel wherever he wants.

Also they can breath on moon? Thats weird.

Don't forget devilman he is way more accessible than Carrot master who is probably dead by the time any of them show up.

Just part of list of characters you never see from early dragon ball.
