No she doesn't. She's the same as all the Yato clan. Altana fueled but not like Utsuro where the altana practically is the person. I don't think altana is a very pure life source considering it seems to occur in abundance where ever destruction is present, which would explain why Utsuro is so evil. umibozu said himself that utsuro is being like his wife when he see utsuro regeneration (he even said that utsuro has same "altana" as her [his wife]). if the translator is correct, i think it's confirmed that kagura mother is altana. maybe yes yato is fueled altana, but yato regenration is not that fast whcih is why umibozu point out about how fast his regenartion are. as fast as his wife.

-Umibozu knows Mutsu
-Kagura's mom knows about altana
-Kagura's mom has a dragon or is the dragon(LIKE WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!)
-Utsuro's arm chopped(It will regenerate. Trust me, if this guy survived decapitation, he will have is arm back later on, I think)

-Umibouzu is Mutsu Master.
-The union of planets promoted an attack on yato home planet.
-Then altana came out and altana changed environment on Kouhan.
-Umibouzu saved planet from giant worm.
-That worm was related to Altana.
-Utsuro is suprised when Umibouzu mention that was a second person who can heal like him.

Yeh sorry, i saw a few people posting this and double checked. My mind must have just completely missed those sentences.
But anyways, that's pretty awesome if she was that powerful. Sorachi will probably explain why she died and how this may impact Utsuro.
