he was scary in that chapter he had a third hand and eyes in the head o_o
Wait...he had a frigging third hand? o.o *went to reread chapter*
I dont see a third hand. I just see eyes (on his pants) and a huge mouth on his chest (which reminds me a lot of the mouth that Deidara has on his chest too)

To be honest, I think that the plot of the Inheritance Arc so far is quite astounding. Although the Shimon felt like they were out of nowhere at first, the way the author integrated them into the plot was quite well done. I personally would find it interesting if we ended up seeing 'Ocean' or 'Sea' Flames (Maybe the Mare Rings?) eventually, forming a Sky/Earth/Sea theme.
Oh I see what you mean.
Last time someone owned the Mare rings...it was the Funeral Wreath (I think I spelled it wrong) people including Byakuran. If your prediction were to occur, who do you predict to have the Mare rings currently? (Sorry if my wording's awkward)

However, I have to agree that the pacing was horrible. Ryohei's fight was quite well done and it genuinely made Shimon seem like a dire threat. But the fights that occured afterwards slowly began dwindling and felt shorter and less overhwelming.
I think the pacing is the main thing that's killing off the excitement in this arc for me. If the pacing was done a little bit better...I probably wouldnt be complaining about how apathetic I am towards the majority of this arc.

The chapter where it turned out that Primo had saw through Daemon's plans was quite epic as well.
I agree.

Although personally, I also find Daemon possessing the Vongola Gear a bit far. Although the Shimon Rings could make sense, the Vongola Gears is a bit too much. I do hope that the Vongola Gear turns out to be an illusion, but if that doesn't happen, it's quite certain that it'll have something to do with whatever 'Flame' that Daemon had recently obtained.
I also don't find him getting the Shimon Rings too farfetched. But the Vongola Gear is a little...
I certainly hope that it's the former. Simply because I get the impression that the Vongola Gear should remain as exclusively used by one specific owner (a.k.a. the 10th generation Vongola guardians). Like they're...custom-made I guess.
The latter would probably be more interesting, but also too...outrageous and ridiculous for me. So even though the former may be more predictable, I rather have that happen just because it'll make Daemon seem so unnecessarily overpowered.
Also, Hibari most likely knows how to use his Vongola Gear more than Daemon does (even though he did observe Hibari's fight)...so I think it would be obvious in the end that Hibari will more likely win using his Vongola Gear against Daemon. After all, in MOST cases, the one who knows how to utilize his weapon more (and better) usually wins in a battle between two opponents who use the same exact weapon.
And if Daemon does make his "Hibari's Vongola Gear" weapon even more powerful (with his new flames) than Hibari's actual Vongola Gear and wins against Hibari, it will be so hard not to do a facepalm at this. I'm sure there are other more creative, effective ways of making a villain powerful and beat his opponent without having to copy his opponent's...weapons. (I already know Daemon has done one somewhat creative thing - by trapping his opponents in an illusionary world with his hards)
