Medusa. Ruthlessly Cunning.

Meduca just walking in and letting her self get captured. She's tight up in a prison cell and yet she seems to hold all the cards. You have to love this woman. Only god knows what the hell she plans to do. She's so cunning that she reaches epic proportions.

Aw man, poor Kim and Jackie, I also wonder if OhKubo told the anime writers some plot points for the Anime-Original stuff, or went with some of the stuff, like Medusa surrendering herself

Love, or hate her, Medusa is an extraordinary character, the most manipulative and intelligent of the whole work.

Not my favorite, but surely the best character.
