I'm even more convinced that Oh! Great is doing this whole Obama parody because he earns less than $250K. Ergo, tax cuts for him under Obama's administration. D:
though I gotta give it to Oh! Great, by including Omaha in this plot development is foreshadowing that he will support Ikki and Koga in their fight against the Takeuchi bros. because Ikki is too stupid too realize that Sora will use everything he has in his arsenal (military resources for instance). this way, there won't be any outrageous Deus Ex Machina that will bail Ikki and the gang during the latter stages of the GST. that or this is a ploy to increase the sales of WSM (those Negima! shamless plugs weren't enough?!?!).
on a side note, the translators messed up on the names of the subordinates Nike brought with him. The first guy who appeared and took out Falco and Agito is supposed to be Gawain (which could possibly be Sora but I don't see the point of him masking his appearance in front of Koga), the guy with the glasses is Percival (which I believe is actually Aeon Clock, using a different avatar oddly enough, but the glasses and the mention of Orca's defeat gave it away). the two girls are Morgan (the one wearing dark colored "clothing") and Merlin (the opposite, wearing light colors) respectively. not that it makes the plot any more comprehensible than it is but I thought I'd point it out anyway. all the names are derived from Arthurian legends, but you guys already recognize some of those names from Code Gayass don't ya?
