Wow, didn't even think of that. Now that you mention it, that's probably what's going to happen. Or she'll run off to try and find Kei2 before Kei1 finds her.

But well this has always been the problem with Gantz. Anyone who doesn't suit up or isn't closely related to the main characters is either evil,stupid or stupid and evil.



The manga is just showing that the majority of humans are in favour of peace and have been fooled into believing the aliens want it too.  Obviously it's an action manga so it's not going to explore this in a complex fashion, having one dissenting voice in an online forum does the job.

Yes, also lets not forget the element of fear. If they thought human can win against this Aliens maybe many would be saying "Fuck there peace, lets kill them", but we are talking about giants here that seemed to make mincemeat out of humans before the supposed peace.  

So people in their fear want to believe in this peace because the thought of it being a lie is just too horrible.

It's funny how this reflects our world currently, in respect to the government and media telling us things. Most of us just gobble it up without actually thinking it through on our own. I like it when mangaka sometimes try to tie something in with the current world.





Notice how even if it's just one or two voices again only in the internet you can hear the truth. There is a debate because it's hard to know who is saying the truth and not but at least some thinking is going on unlike the TV that presents facts in a single way and old people used to it, simply believe it.
