Tae is getting more and more involved in all this shit.

So, I'm guessing that these "vampires" were the product of some alien experiment gone wrong? Or perhaps just discontinued? Or successful? I mean the fact they are targeting Izumi makes me think they might actually be being sort of lead on by an alien.
