The fight between Teresa and Priscilla was horrendous, and it seems like the mangaka was just getting started with that hogwash he calls an ending.

But than again, the story for this manga was poor from the get go.

SCREAMING.

I can't believe this has ended! I'd definitely miss this series. I still feel like Yagi unnecessarily hyped the Mainland, though... Nonetheless, great series overall.

and jfc Irene?!

I'm so sad. ;~; I think I started reading this mid-06 at that. Jesus, it's been eight years! T___T

Very nice ending to really enjoyable manga.

It was nice to see Irene alive and well.

I liked the way the theme of "Teresa and Clare" was present in many important moments of the manga and how differently it got implemented into the story in those moments (Teresa naming Clare as Clare; Twins Goddesses of Love statue working as a signpost etc.). Climax, being Teresa achieving her Awakened form, was truly the cherry on top.

LOL, why is everyone so pissed that the Main Continent wasn't relevant to the main story ? It was pretty obvious that it was never going anywhere and I'm glad it didn't.

Yeah, I'm surprised as well, especially when the Main Continent served only as a plot device to add more depth to the Organization and its actions. Just a background element that was to be used to place emphasis on "shocking truth about the world" etc. I'm also glad we didn't get short note about that conflict or the Continent itself. It'd have ruined the pacing and modulation of story that was told throughout the whole manga.

Realy good manga, I wish they showed us more of the "after-story". And I wish there was a chapter focused only on Raki and Clair to show their relationship better. Like "a calm nigth before the battle" Because it's was for me the worst point of the ending, the... lack of depth?

After the timeskip, it was okay for some time as well but then the exploration and mysteries and interesting characters just stopped or it became difficult to care for the characters. The downfall probably begun around when they introduced the zombies - the most boring enemy imaginable that accomplished nothing but got rid of some of the best characters.

These were my only two gripes really. The pacing was better before the timeskip, and honestly was still good for a little while after until the Destroyer showed up and absorbed Clare. The zombies should not have been there, and Isley definitely should have had a more badass death. I actually liked Teresa's faux-return though, and still very much enjoyed the final stretch with the resurrected former #1s. Overall, I'd give the first half of this manga a 10, and the second half an 8. So 9/10 overall from me.

SO MUCH YES! OMFG! THIS ENDING!

At first, I was upset. Because I felt like the excuse not to go to the main land was a copout to end the series quicker. But..CARES GIVEN AT THIS POINT?!

I am glad they didn't go to the mainland there's no reason for the Claymores to get involved in that war and now the ORG base was destoryed the dragons had no business on the Island.
