Yup, they're fighting to survive alright. I hope Claire can land a blow against Priscilla soon as this fight seems to be one-sided so far. Basically as some others have said, she is OP but I think the tide of the fight might turn a little maybe later on.

I don't fucking know how can they even scratch her...

I agree. Priscilla has become an insanely OP character.

I'm going to return and save everyone from getting their ass kicked by Priscilla. She even said that Clare still can't use the Quicksword technique as effectively as I can: http://i.imgur.com/nVdCwsk.png

OK Priscilla is a tad OP (and i mean alot actually)

That quick sword/mirage should of at least scratched her because this is getting to the point of bleach/naruto-esq super power increase to beat the villian. I mean I guess we still have Claire release and Cassandra is in fact stronger then all of our heroes so she will hopefully at least force Priscilla into her awakened form (although we should remember that her awakened form is not in theory stronger, it just has a different fighting style so this human form could infact be on level or stronger when she doesn't hold back)

No, her awakened form is stronger, it simply comes with a specific weakness (or more like lack of specific strength) that only Riful 2.0 merged with Destroyer was able to exploit. It is possible that with Priscilla assuming her awakened form Clare will be able to utilize her youki-reading more efficiently on her but I doubt it will be enough to offset awakened Priscilla crazy regeneration/shapeshifting powers.

On a side note - I understand Clare shock in the current situation (with everyone including Raki at the verge of dying) but the explanation that the shock came from realizing the gap in power between her and Priscilla is simply odd - Clare fought Priscilla just recently and she saw and experienced her power very clearly. It is even stranger since for her, trapped in the cocoon along with Pris, that fight was the last memory before the current events in and around Rabona, for her there was nothing in between that could warrant her expecting a different outcome.

Her awakened form is stronger in terms of versatility and regeneration, but from what we've seen so far, her human form is far better in terms of the techniques she uses. Either way Claire has the genes of at least three of the most powerful fighters in the story inside of her, she should be more than capable of matching Pricilla if she were to awaken fully.

If the story takes the "Fully awakened" route, her ability to reseal her form should come in handy for controlling her mind in that state which might leat to a tragedy ending, or they could go a completely different route and make raki the new lead character and have claire be the new antagonist.he's already shown that he can resist multiple forms of youki, and I for one want to see him become a true badass that's able to take on awakened beings. he's already strong, but If the story is going to continue with him in it, he'll need a lot more power than he has now.

But if it doesn't take that route, and it only goes "Half Awakened" or less then there's little to no chance of this fight being the one that Pricilla loses. unless we're about to lose a ton of main characters.

I think Clare will awaken to be able to defeat Priscilla, then Raki will have to kill her.

Deneve is really annoying being the exposition character, like she knows every damn thing that goes on in the world. The realization that Clare came to should've been in her own thoughts, not from Deneve's words.

I can't see the fight ending in a satisfying way at this point. Priscilla is unbeatable, at least when it comes to a power struggle.

In the past Priscilla effortlessly one-rounded Ilene (with equal or better Quicksword) and Rigardo (who was faster than Miria) so it should be no surprise that even in her human form she was able to at least evade such attack.

To me it looks more like she just never bothered with techniques in her awakened form because she was so OP that she didn't have any need for them.

You might be right on that, but I get the feeling there's something else to it, otherwise she could have just pulled her sword out of herself without having to go through the trouble of taking human form and still have beaten Riful 2.0.

If she could use full genetic potential inside her then she would need nothing more than Teresa flesh and blood, unfortunately for her she is neither a Zerg nor a Tyranid and her options are far more limited...

My logic on this assumption is that she's probably never actually tried to tap into Theresa's strength on purpose yet. it took her this long to use the #2 sword arm & Techniques more than once or twice per day without losing control of her arm, and she's still not on the level of the original, so I get the feeling that in order for her to tap into Theresa's actual genes, she'd have to go through something similar to another partial awakening. I'm probably wrong, but It just feels like it would be possible, not to mention it would be less of a pull than most other scenarios I can think of.

For a human he is already a very powerful badass (quite possibly The strongest human in the story) and he can't become any stronger without changing into something that isn't human. I don't really want it to go into that territory though, him gaining some quick power-up would go against the laws of the setting and degrade the story into a different kind of shounen. Unless he would become a warrior only to awaken in the end but somehow I don't see that coming.

I agree with that, and I hope ne never actually has to change since he's already strong enough to take down average youma without any real trouble.

That's also why I doubt think this story'll take the "Claire fully awakens" route, since the only real ways I can see to resolve it without  going full tragedy would be using plothax, and this author doesn't really do that too often.

Has Priscilla even raised her power level yet? 0.0  she's just too strong :D

I can accept that Priscilla is by far the most powerful being, but by this point Clare should at least be able to hit her. She's the Frankenstein of  Claymores for crying out loud.
