So one speculation is that Yagi got upset with his editor. From the message he left after the last chapter, it seems he needs to take a break. The metaphor used may indicate some conflict between him and the editorial department. Who knows until more info is leaked.

Hopefully in the next series we will finally get to see what's going on in the Mainland. Also, the Organization is one of MANY, so this couldn't possibly be the end. Soooo many things could happen still.
