The Destroyer (or "Mary" as some sites/people use. Rafaela+Luciela="Mary". don't ask me about it lol, but Mary is short and thus convenient) is the giant-towering tentacled Twin Goddess of Love form/body of the half merged bodies of Rafaela+Luciela that were taken over by this new "Destroyer or Mary" entity (created somehow from Rafaela's failed attempt at transfering/sacrificing her life into dead Luciela in order to bring her back from the dead, which obviously failed and went horribly wrong, resulting in their bodies to half merge and this Destroyer or Mary entity/soul/mind created within Rafaela+Luciela 's half-merged heads, and with Luciela remaining dead, thus permantently died/gone forever) and it awakened the half merged bodies of Rafaela+Luciela into the giant-towering Twin Goddess of Love body/form that it is currently.
The destroyer or Mary, can shoot out volleys of huge projectiles which can become hellcats (similiar to dead Luciela's mouth-tailed fox-cat Awakened body/form) or infect a host (Beth and Dauf). The hellcats or infected hosts can shoot out small projectiles which can infect their hosts (Raki), but we haven't seen what happens with the small projectiles yet, because Raki is resisting them impaled into his shoulder.
*small correction to what I said: the Twin Goddesses of Love body/form was RAFAELA's wish/desire as her awakened body/form, so it wasn't the Destroyer's desired/wished/created form/body.
*additional comment: Rafaela is still "alive" inside Clare's head. Rafaela was able to transfer (just in time) her mind, emotions, knowledge, and etc into Clare's head as Clare escaped from the Destroyer's awakening body and mind.
*last additional comment: Luciela IS DEAD/GONE.
i forgot to add that:
the Destroyer can also attack with its tentacles. (it attacked Clare as she escaped from its body)
whether it can move ("walk") is unknown at this point.
one last thing:
as we now know from chapter 103, Deneve and Helen (and Clare) are headed towards the Destroyer, in hopes that it will attack Priscilla, being a much worse threat to it, than Deneve and Helen (and Clare) would be.
this is completely logical as the only way for them to have a chance of surviving, which I had actually thought of before chapter 103 came out, which is way cool that Yagi is actually them do this very thing.
They can't outrun Priscilla, and they can't fight her, so their only option is to head towards the Destroyer and hopes that it and Priscilla get into battle with each other.

Yes only 23 pages but don't complain, it's 7 pages less because they have one week without work (like No Naruto and others manga out this week)

when Priscilla first Awakened (after she killed Teresa), she seems just as mature, cruel, ruthless, cold, and such then as now in chapters ~100-103. (though we don't really get shown much, as it is brief, Irene, Sophia, and Noel attacks, and then Priscilla flies away, leaving Sophia and Noel dead, and Irene almost dead).
obviously, in between Priscilla has undergone some changes. well, just after she fought Isley and her time with Raki. She was in her amnesia child-regression mental state. (she had shrunk in size during time too due to Raki keeping her from eating humans' guts for the ~7 years they are together).
