The dragon form of Irene is awesome, and a battle of Queens. Let's see if Erza can do better than Saitama and obliterate that meteor with no damage to anything below her.

Erza vs Meteorite...nice

The chapter was even worse than the FT Spoilers. Erza talking about friendship speeches, in a contrived manner. Eileen can turn into a dragon,  Essentially 90 percent of her hands are broken but apparently her arm is more than enough to contend with breaking a meteor that is stronger than one of Jellal’s strongest attack in Sema.  This kinda insults Jellal too xD. This is even worse than Natsu vs Neinhart, because atleast Neinhart was fodder physically but slicing up a meteor thrown as a desperate attempt by one of top spriggans and likely breaking it with one hand for a middle weight heavily injured fighter is probably the worst shit in the arc.



Mashima really should  end this boring lackluster fight already lol. The whole chapter of seeing this plot forced red haired mary sue Erza being shoved down our throats is unpleasant lol.Let’s move on. Poor Eileen has been trolled beyond repair now sadly. Her treatment has been shit for the whole duration of the fight. Logically Erza should be Koed by now like Wendy

To be fair, this would be the only decent conclusion to this chapter.



It wouldn´t repair everything that´s broken about Irene´s character arc, but it would make sense. Being torn apart between being a parent and being a selfish cunt is human.



If Irene turns good next chapter, this is the character arc of Darth Vader from episode 4-6. Which is a beloved figure throughout the world, not necessarily because of that last chapter, but people do like his final twist and find it relateable.
