Lucy yet again is thrown under the bus to push Natsu's story forward, Natsu treats another shitty spriggan like trash(am I supposed to be awed that Spriggans are trash? Am I supposed to have been thinking they are strong? Mashima, pls)



And now we get the cliche encounter between Gray's asspull powers and END. Let's see how Mashima fucks up this situation and manages to do worse than expected again.

Mashima had something unique with possibility of reversed situations in Avatar arc, there was a great chance of subverting the tropes with END and averting the whole "sealed dark side power" cliche but that train haslong since passed. Then we had a chance of having LUCY be the one to talk down Natsu because it makes sense but even that train has passed since she literally does not matter now. Now its time for the repeat of the same old cliched encounter but with more nakama talk and more disappointment.

If Natsu was fast enorugh to move in Dimarias realm/had the same powers as her, then theres no way Gray could defeat him in 1v1 battle.



You are underestimating Mashima's writing of asspull powers.



Gray went from trash tier weaker than freaking Wendy to somebody who could stand equal to the likes of Erza in matter of single power up.



I fully expect Gray to nakama talk him down in half a chapter :^)

Well, this is rather interesting. I wonder if this is the true, hidden power of E.N.D.

Does no matter if there will be a fight, if there will be one happy will stand on crosfire and stop natsu or gray and he's going to get squashed that's my guess , after this  we'l see other spriggans getting down , E.N.D vs zeref that's where spiriggan dragneel will kill E.N.D and natsu will stay "i guess" and at the final fight acno shows up and interferes fight between natsu and zeref then every dragonslayer will start fighting him.

i kind of wish they had the balls to go through with blinding and torturing lucy even if it was only temporary and they bsed they're way out of it later. having her permanently injured would have been some great motivation for a lot of the other characters especially natsu.



but i guess fanservice is just as good. E.N.D natsu is finally starting to make an appearance but i doubt the final fight will take place any time soon.

Why hasn't Juvia found Grey yet? (Did he really just abandon her body?)



What reason does Natsu have to confront Grey? Did he just mistake him for Zeref?

Did you not pay attention to this chapter at all? Natsu is not completely himself anymore. Duh. Gray is in his way. That's all the reason END needs to fight Gray if he doesn't get the fuck outta his path to Zeref.
