well, i find it a little unfair, erza always win the battle without showing much power. it only takes her will to defeat strong guys like asuma. as we know, mirajane couldn't even damge asuma that much even though she's in her demon form. to kyoka's fight, erza is almost dead while battling her. in short without much power she can still defeat by just having her will. ikaruga, asuma, kyoka and now the sand king. but can't wait to find out who is eileen and her relation to erza. first anna to lucy, then grammy to lucy, maybe it's time to look at erza's true identity

Was it the look in Ezra's eyes that made them scared and dissapear or was it some kind of magic?

I'm guessing lady Eillen and Erza are somehow related.

All I remember about Erza's parents was that they were Unnamed and deceased.

You're telling me a beam that size wouldn't have caught Erza in it as well when Ajeel had her BY THE THROAT? Seriously?

Erza is a hilariously bad character now. Is there anything she can't do? And now we have another "special bloodline" only this time it's out of nowhere and will try to damage control Erza's blatant use of bs.



Oh pre time skip Erza.. You were such a great and engaging character. Sick of Mashima trying to make Erza into something she should not be

Barely a 3/5, for Fairy Tail standards it was decent. Half of the chapter was utter horseshit. The Erza vs images was Zorro vs Monet all over again. It isn´t unique to either manga, Hiro Mashima used this writing conceptions even back in Rave, but this is Horseshit compared to Zorro vs Monet because those enemies used to be threatening at some point in time.



This Manga has two major issues Pacing and incosistency. All the other Bullshit could be forgiven, especially with Hiro´s level of Art. No one cares about fanservice if he gets 5 chapters of proper action. One Piece pulls the same horseshit occasionally but it´s spread out wider and therefore not recognized.



Hiro Mashima take notes, Taizai although the art looks like filth managed to sell several times better and it has the same fucking premise.3 more chapters, extend this fight for 3 more chapters and it would have been good. But no, a single chapter fight over on some intimidation bullshit.



This chapter actually makes sense. Erza leveled up, those guys didn´t. Hiro uses RPG logic here. You don´t have issues with enemies you fought during the early game when you are at the final dungeon. That´s all Neinhart is he´s an RPG Boss. He makes you face bosses you had issues with early game, but now you´re equipped with awesome shit and fireswords and are level 500, those enemies aren´t intimidating anymore, why bring them back in the first place.

To be fair, Hiro Mashima did kill off half of his main cast in the final arc  of Ravemaster,including the main character.



But he brought them all back within the last chapter of the same arc by using a plot device that was established beforehand.

However, he did kill off the Love interest of the Mc´s best friend permanently.That´s equivalent to killing off Levi or Juvia now. Both parents of the MC died, one within the story. He even killed off the original Jellal and they all remained dead.And the story overall had many casualities including some bloody flashbacks.



He explaied though that Fairy Tail will be a happier story, because Rave was too dark for his taste. If he´ll ever kill someone it´s gonna be Makarov who has a deathflag since the Laxus arc 350 chapters ago.



Well I meant before as in only in Fairy Tail. There have been certain situations where we are forced to think how they will get out of this but they always do. Never read Rave ;-;



Also yeah, he did say FT will be a happier story.



Not to mention, lol, you and Fai are going to be so annoyed next chapter.
