12 Spriggan + Mavis = 13 zodiac keys?

Are Spriggans that lost dead? Maybe Zeref has something in store for them when they die?



Spriggans seem so weak. I know they don't fight in fair 1 vs 1 fights but they still look weak.



Sherria is going to be full time model in few years and maybe work with Mira in FT part time. I really want Mira to discover some of Chronos leftover power in Sherria and use it to develop new soul takeover.



Poor Wendy. Not only did she get hole in her leg, she is also responsible for turning Sherria into normal human.

Also was the pOWERe up really necessary? Wendy is much stronger then Celia. Together they could have taken dimarra down. Dimarra seemed to have only 1 attack.



She is suppose to be 1 of the strongest mages in history of the novel, but once again that is due to game breaking power rather then true skill exp,. With a title like war princess I would think she be a master swordsman and fours on that, time magic should be her trump. In reality she is not stronger then Kagura, or Ezra. I bet Ezra has a sword that can cut through time or something lol

Well, in the Key of Starry Sky Arc (referenced in the manga so I consider it canon), Erza gained a weapon that made her and anyone hit by it immune to time manipulation, so...yeah.  Granted it was more about time perception than time stoppage, but I wouldn't put it past Hiro to just outright make her immune.

So under these quotes I assume that this is our final arc afterall menaing that these are our final "boss" characters and if so then i want to know why is Mashima rushing them so much, if these are our final battles they should be more than just 1 or 2 chapters per fight.



hopefully whatever the secret reason is for having 12 will be good.



Volume 52 ends with chapter 446 and the preview for volume 53 says "Ragnarok the final battle begins" which would be teh current battle that we're all reading right now.



So yeah now with Acnologia even showing up, this is probably fairy tail's final arc.









well i wouldn't say its the last tho... "ANKSEHRAM" remember the god who curse zeref.. (IMO) and who knows if this will also be final between acnologia..

and also zeref is like madara in naruto whom almost everyone thinks hes the final boss to face but it turns out that hes just a fluke..



Tbh, Acnologia resembles Madara more.

-Both are terrifyingly powerful

-Both want a good fight

-Both are/were (respectively) considered by many to be the final villain

Instead of using lucy, Mabry Yukino instead will take that place, and have to sacrifice herself. After zeref flashback we know lucy is destined to have all 12 keys eventually

I really really hope the Spriggans are going to be relevant to something later on and make a huge/epic move worthy of their reputation otherwise I'm just done with this series, there's no way I'll be able to take anything serious after this huge disappointment I'm having with the 12 right now.

Just imagine, this arc ending and another villain group appearing with even less hype the 12 had...yep not worth at all.



I really think it's possible to Hiro put the 12 Zodiac spirits here, he already put almost everything he had on this arc you know, but right now, we need more information about what Zeref is doing, he hasn't done anything other than just marching with a portion of his army and Invel.

This was a problem I've remember thinking about it back when I saw Acnologia destroying Serena.

Will the Spriggans really do any heavy damage to Ishigar with Acnologia still being around?



The only answer I get in my head is "NO, the Spriggans won't do anything major against them because Ishigar still have to deal with Acnologia in the end, no way Hiro will make Zeref or Mavis deal with Acnologia alone and I doubt the 7 DS can deal with him right now.



I really think it was wrong to put him in the same arc as the 12 and Zeref, but I also am positive that Hiro knew about that and thus he has this "Secret" behind the 12.



Overall, I'm very disappointed, the Spriggans right now look nothing special at all, sure they have some OP magic but how is that anything different than Bluenote back in Tenrou Island, the guy had an incredible spell at the time but he didn't do anything major at all, sure the guy who took him down was none other than Gildarts himself but still, Hiro just dumped him like that, the Spriggans might not be so different compared to him at all.



What I hoped in the beginning was the 12 being some kind of next level Oracion Seis, where they aren't just crazy people wanting to destroy everything, they're just being misguided and in the end aren't that bad at all, but that dream is fading away very quickly with the recent chapters.



Spriggans that I "look foward to" are Neinhart, August,Braddman/Bloodman and of course the other 2 who are still unknown.
