The problem I have really is Aquarius sacrifice was a excellent moment and now its all become completely pointless. I'll give Mashima the benefit of the doubt for now and assume he provides a good explanation (Gemini disguised as Aquarius maybe??), but that definitely wouldn't negate the horrible way we just got too this point.
I mean seriously Lucy?! This woman has threatened you TWICE and the best reason you can give for trusting her is that you took a bath together?! Mind you the very same bath you were being humiliated in by HER! If ever the term "plot induced stupidity" fit...
Not even that. Remember Lucy was gonna shank her in the neck with the broken key

I agree wholeheartedly, but did you really expect it to change for the better? The two main arcs after Tenrou collapsed on itself. Also I don´t think many Fairy fans really understand why the series is so strongly hated by many. It`s because Hiro Mashims plays with his reader`s expectations. It`s simply an asshole thing to do. To make you believe, to get you hyped up and then NEVER deliver. (it used to deliver before Tenroujima) That`s why people are pissed. It's not that Hiro intentionally marionette's his fanbase, rather he actually believes his writing to be good because of how popular the series is. Not realising his flaws & shortcomings.
People need to accept FT for what it has now become, and also accept it won't change, because the author is now incapable of escaping this mediocrity.
You are right. We can only accept but still....how does he do it?
How can he start off so strong and think that his way of resolution for an arc is good. Take the Sting situation for example (from the tournament)
How does one think that after chapters of buildup, after building up excitement and redeeming for Stings character to actually do something and follow though it to save Lector the best way is him getting on his knees and giving up because "OMG FAIRY TAIL GUILD SO AWESOME"
It seriously boggles my mind but yea we can only accept it at this point.

Not much happening this chapter except for Brandish's reveal but Layla killing Grammy is doubtful - Aquarius might say something about thisl. Also, Dimaria seems to be pretty powerful since even people far away felt her magical pressure. Also, her obsession with Brandish lol. I think she is my favourite girl in Fairy Tail now :p.<br />

Also, for people complaining about Aquarius's return, remember that she didn't die, only her key was broken. We still need an explanation to how she returned, though.
She said that she would never see lucy again, but we all knew that was a lie, since lucy is allowed to the other realm anyway
But the whole sacrifice things looks stupid now BECASUE it was fake, besides we all know that Aquarius form would be her most powerful so she needs it, lol and it makes juvia redundant too
