How is that? When other series bring back characters that are 'dead' (and Aquarius was not dead to begin with) it's okay, but when FT does it, BS BS BLAH BLAH BLAH.

I've never seen it be okay in other series.  Everyone called bs on Pell and  Bleach got loads of flak when characters thought to be dead came back.  You can't really play the victim card with FT on this one.



People forget about Pel, some of them do, anyway. But this situation is different since she was not dead, and if we get a good explanation to this, than it's okay, if not total BS, but it all depends on how the explanation will go. Stuff like 'The CSK let me" or smth, he is the boss so he can do whatever he likes. Or Aquarius can open the gate on her own like Loki did, tho why didn't she do it sooner? Maybe it's a 1 time deal or something idk. Lucy's bond with the spirits is very strong so who knows. If the explanation is good, than I accept this, if not yeah as I said BS.

If this Mashima's way for allowing Aquarius to return as one of Lucy's spirits it should be with a time limit or something since the key is still broken.  But I'm sure Lucy will eventually fix the key when she becomes the Celestial Spirit Queen lol.

Isn't Leo the strongest of the 12 Zodiac spirits, I mean it's been a long time since that so I don't quite remember.

Brandish, you make no sense girl. Put you mind to work a little would you? If your mother adored Layla so much as you said then why the hell would Layla need to kill her to get the key back. All she had to do was ask your mother to give it to her. Since the key was Layla's to begin with and you mother was an employee of Layla and adored her at the same time why the hell would she not give her the key back and force Layla to kill her to get it?

This shit ain't making sense honey. And you had years to think about it and you still haven't found the problem in this little story?

Many people are saying this but i think you people are just tense. You just thought their was more drama that it was actually there. Aquarious being able to appear again or not being dead and all that was something obvious.

I mean Loki many times appeared without the call from Lucy. Of course Aquarious can do it to.

You people are saying this because you believed that somehow it was impossible for her to appear again, which never was truth.

Lucy just can't call her whenever she likes and use her in battle. That is what Lucy lost. And considering Aquarious can be high maintenance and not appear easily basically meant that she will extremely rarely ever see her. That was it.

There is no need because the logical thing would be that Aquarious can come back. It will be inconsistent if she couldn't since other spirits can appear without Lucy using her key.

Don't know what the fuss is about, the author knows exactly what he is doing.  Hell, didn't anyone notice that Aquarius is holding something in her right hand on the final page (conveniently out of frame).  One guess what it is?  



Aquarius was always been the key to Lucy's mother, this was made clear year's ago.  Lalya has something planned, Aquarius, her best friend, has always known, and Brandish's mother likewise was in on it.  Just lean back and enjoy the ride as Lalya's true plan is revealed.

Layla's true plan better be worth sucking every last ounce of weight out Lucy's sacrifice in Tartaros.



There never was the sacrifice you people thought there was. You people just assumed shit. You are all making a big deal out of nothing.

The logic of you people is ridiculous. We already knew spirits can come by using their own magic. It harder and inconvenient but they can do it. So why the hell did anyone thought Aquarious could not appear at any moment is beyond me.

Can't wait till all the dragons randomly revive to save Natsu :^)

And while we are at it, Simon will come to save Erza :^)

I have no doubt there will be.  Brandish's story suggests that there were two Aquarius keys.  The real one that Brandish's mother possessed and which when she died she returned to Aquarius, and the fake key that Lucy received from her mother (but that Aquarius pretended was the real key) that was destroyed.  The way the writer can save the emotion of its destruction would be that Lucy's sacrifice somehow will empower Aquarius in the END saga, i.e. it was part of Layla's ultimate plan.   I have faith that the writer will make everything work out, or if not faith, then at least the humility to think that if I can think of a cool twist, the author also can.
