The guy's just good with his magic, it's annoying how he could teleport himself, yes, but if you give Natsu & Gray some time, they'd get use to his movements. Plus this guys are supposed to be strong, Mard Geer was strong, but he wasn't the strongest demon of Zeref or the 2nd closest how many suggest.
