Don't get me wrong, I love Acnologia's human form, but it raises a question. If Acnologia can do that, wouldn't that mean that if Natsu, Gajeel, Wendy, Sting, and Rouge transform into dragons can't they just change back into humans? They technically wouldn't have to worry on transforming into dragons if they can change back. If anything, that would sound cooler than Dragon Force (in certain ways) like new level of power up.



There could be another reason why it's dangerous to transform into a dragon if one overuse dragon slayer magic.

Otherwise there wouldn't been a point for the Dragons to release the "antibodies" within their respective adoptive child and prevent their transformation besides hindering a cool power up.



A minor example would be like Gray and his Devil Slayer magic (fundamentals could be different, but the fact he made use of the transformation that could've been evil, but is still a good guy and can change back is what I'm alluding.)



Maybe the fact that Acnologia bathed in the blood of the dragons he killed is a reason?



There is no dragons for Natsu and the others to bathe in blood. Also, I think that could've just been a personal issue for Acnologia when he transformed into a dragon. Or are you saying that if Natsu and the others turn into dragons, they would start bathing themselves in blood?



That's why I brought the Gray example (even if fundamental may be a bit different regarding the different Slayer magic). Just because they would transform into dragons, it doesn't mean they will start being evil (or will they?).

Now this chapter was amazing, made up for the previous chapters. Nice backstory of Zeref and mother freakin human form Aconologia looking beastly asf!

Natsu was probably put in suspended animation. If the dragons could create antibodies in 14 years,why didn't they do so earlier in the civil war? Surely one of them would have known about the risks of giving power to humans. I imagine the process actually took 400 years or so.



It would mean that Natsu,Gajeel,Wendy,Sting and Rogue are 400 years old. That would explain why Fried's wall stopped Natsu and Gajeel. It probably wasn't Igneel and Metalicana that got them barred.

Now thats what a Fairy Chapter should offer. I knew Natsu has some relationship with Zeref, and that also explains why he couldnt get out of Freed's age rune barrier.



I honestly thought that was Gildarts, turn out it was Aconologia in human form.

No it doesn't.

I don't really understand this new character, whatever it was. this Ankhseram appeared out of nowhere as something who cursed Zeref so the FT manga story began. That's just kinda lame shortcut for story for me, don't know how it's gonna progress though albeit me kinda skeptical bout it.



If this Ankhseram is really thing, i hope it can be elaborated on the future, probably it also will explain the god slayer magic origin.



And also the fact that Igneel can't kill "Natsu" stuff or how can he grown up with Igneel. This one probably have interesting relation about it. But the author just put (too) much weight on his story that can make it a blatantly stupid writing, so i hope he not mess these chapter revelation up.
