Well,so that's Acnologia's human form,eh? He reminds me of Natsu,perhaps this is why Igneel spared E.N.D.



If Zeref is Natsu's biological brother,I wouldn't be surprised if Acnologia too was trained by Igneel in dragon slaying. That would explain why Igneel wanted to kill him himself so much.



That would also make Acnologia Natsu's brother disciple,just like Gray and Lyon.



The other possible explanation was because E.N.D was a child and Igneel couldn't bring himself to finish him off. Instead,he opted to adopt him and give him a clean slate.



Knowing Mashima,he prefers to keep things simple,so I doubt there was any de-aging involved when he adopted Natsu. Zeref mentioned that Natsu has grown as well,so yeah,he was a kid when he fought Igneel and almost beat him.



This also explains why Mard  and Tartarus didn't recognize Natsu and how Natsu was able to grow up despite being an etherious. It also partly explains why the guild is called tartarus,since Mard Geer Tartarus was more or less the regent there. E.N.D was the guild master,but Mard geer was the administrator.



This should also finally prove that Natsu is E.N.D . There are some obtuse people who still doubt it or who think he is an evil counterpart or something of the sort.



What's most peculiar is Zeref's curse. I wonder about the being or thing that cursed Zeref. I wouldn't be surprised if it upstaged Zeref and Acnologia later on as the manga's main antagonist.

Well,Acnologia probably only uses his dragon form because he thinks it cooler. I wouldn't be surprised if his human form is stronger,since it's faster and compact. Plus,since he is a dragon,his human form is probably ageless as well.



They are probably going back to see if they get hints about Makarov's location and check on their former city. The only ones left  from the sirius island group ,besides Makarov,Mavis and Gildarts, are the strauss siblings (Elfman,Mirajane and Lisanna) and the thunder tribe (Laxus,Freed,Bixlow and Evergreen).



Well,history didn't record that Zeref was a death seeker or that he created his etherious so he could be killed.

This weeks double chapter was 100 times better then last weeks cringeworth double. Great reveal on Natsu's true background. Never been excited for the next chapter since before the time skip. Looking forward to next week.

Don't get me wrong, I love Acnologia's human form, but it raises a question. If Acnologia can do that, wouldn't that mean that if Natsu, Gajeel, Wendy, Sting, and Rouge transform into dragons can't they just change back into humans? They technically wouldn't have to worry on transforming into dragons if they can change back. If anything, that would sound cooler than Dragon Force (in certain ways) like new level of power up.



There could be another reason why it's dangerous to transform into a dragon if one overuse dragon slayer magic.

Otherwise there wouldn't been a point for the Dragons to release the "antibodies" within their respective adoptive child and prevent their transformation besides hindering a cool power up.



A minor example would be like Gray and his Devil Slayer magic (fundamentals could be different, but the fact he made use of the transformation that could've been evil, but he still remain good guy and can change back is what I'm alluding.)

So in a different translation at the top it say relationship with mavis instead of how he met mavis. Does anyone know which one is the right one? And what's the point of telling natsu how he met mavis then if we already know?

Acnologia vs Zeref! Most awesome fight ever!!!!!!



Its Acnologia wants to find someone who can fight him with all his powers, and Zeref is the one!





PS: It seems Acnologia dint used all his power vs Igneel.

Well,considering that E.N.D's name was Etherious Natsu Dragneel,it implied that there was a human Natsu Dragneel before becoming a Etherious. Still,this is completly surprising. I didn't expect this so "soon".



Still,What does Mashima have in store for us to reveal so much in just an chapter . Either we are around the end of the manga or he still has an even bigger hidden ace up his sleeve.



Kinda amazing how he got everyone salty with the last chapters only to pull this. He really knows his fans,hahahhahaha.
