Fairy Tail Chapter 434 Discussion

This arc didn't really have a purpose. Coming of Tartaros(second best arc in the series) they should've had the reunion tied with a big arc and make that the final arc of Fairy Tail. Avatar was just to showcase Fairy Tail's strength



Natsu became to powerful. That would be The equivalent of Luffy being admiral level after his own timeskip



And if Hiro wanted to make this win more legit he could've shown Natsu in a slightly altered demonic form since he technically is the strongest demon Zeref created. That way we could have more build up to the overall story

Vs jellal- DF helped and he was angry on Simons death and him betraying erza

Vs Zero- Flames of rebuke and although I do agree he became strong out of nowhere

Vs Hades - Dual mode and the help from rest of the team plus exceeds

Vs Sting and Rogue- He was too OP for them + dual mode + annoyance on how they treated FT

Vs Future Rogue - Revenge fo Future Lucy and help from Atlas Flame.. Lucy closed the gate and I'm pretty sure the battle would go on if that hadn't happened

Vs Mard Geer - Natsu only wanted that book. He fought but it was gray who did the work (majority)Again, no mentioning of nakama

But he did not use dual mod doring Sting and Rogue as far as i remember. He only used his normal Fire dragon attacks.









And people tend to forget. Just because they are called Gods, it doesn't mean they must be super strong shits.   If They were super strong and a simple punch to the face could make them summoned, then i bet a lot of bad people would used them by now.

Edit: Also, a lot of people wanted Lucy to contribute to the fight. It took Igneel's powers to beat this God. What would Lucy have done?

You don´t summon something that´s called "THE GOD OF WAR" to fodderize it in a one hit KO.

You don´t do that in any fiction ever,No author with half a brain does this WORST OF ALL this guy is a callback to Megido from Rave one of 5 endgame bosses of the series.

Hiro should know better.



Fodderize all of  Avatar, make their commanders fodder, 100000, 1 million make it 2 million fodder guys, Get them all onehshotted in one sweep attack NO problem with that.



But you do not label something a "god" build it up with whole spread panels make it look badass to get it oneshotted without any effort.



This is writing none of the big 3 during their worst times have delivered ever. Naruto One Piece even Bleach and similar series like Toriko, Taizai, HunterxHunter heck even Sailor moon who had atrocious writing didn´t pull such bullshit.



If you think at this point that Fairy tail has even remotely the writing quality of the Big 3 then you just have no respect for literature.
