Aaand the devil slayer tattoo is gone! So celebrations all around.



Also I have to say I trust Igneel's advice more than Gray's RAWR MUST TAKE REVENGE AND DESTROY THE BOOK attitude

On a side note gotta love that Nalu cover~

I really doubt Mashima would unite all dragons like this just to have E.N.D kill them.My bet is that each dragon slayers will fight their respective "parent"...and slay it.

Acnologia was "defeated",but I doubt they will kill him now.He will probably escape...

It's not gone...for the last time it's just deactivated for now. Look back at chapter 398 specifically. Gray turns the power on and off whenever he needs to.



Why deactivate it when he's about to destroy END? Makes no sense. And once again TATTOO POWERS ARE NEVER PERMANENT in Fairy Tail. This has been the precedent thus far.



A much as I want that to be true, Lucy still had the tattoos and obviously will still have that power.



Sadly Gray's asspull will stay.



On bright side, Gray will be fodderized by End so rejoice.

With Lucy its probably the same thing as Gray, the tattoo just deactivates when not in use. Lucy is the most deserving of a powerup since she sacrificed something to gain it, I don't see why she would lose said power up after losing one of her celestial spirits for good.



There's no guarantee it's lost for good. Hell the new filler in the anime has the princess making keys. There could be an arc dedicated to finding the new key or making one for all we know. Lucy's spirits are too important for her to lose one for good especially one as precious to her as Aquarius

True. I don't know anyone else but Igneel has a huge death flag over him.



Oh that's obvious to anyone with eyes. The promise, the wistfull smile after he threw Natsu. His clock is ticking



He can even see Igneel´s eyes almost unconscious...



Well if Igneel does die there's always Wendy's milky way for that last talk

Nah I see a Milky Way type final talk happening After the situation with END is resolved. I do expect Natsu to completely break though. Losing Igneel should hit him pretty damn hard
