Except Gray spent a good few years with Ultear so his scent would have changed too. It doesn't work. Mashima opened up for himself one mother of a plothole and that's the end of story. He ain't perfect. I never claimed he was even when defending so this right here is one HUGE mistake.

Holy shit. Silver, who is Gray's father is just a vessel for the tyrant and demonic calamity, Deliora?



That was an epic chapter, Gray is going to go berserk against Deliora next chapter, I do hope he doesn't die, he really does want to avenge his parents and Ur any ways :/

I didn't like this Deliora, though. That composed and calm Silver became aggressive all of sudden. This kind of enemy is the typical which i don't like. Too forced, it's already more than 14 years and this Deliora problem getting repetitive just to makes Gray involves in story.



Unless, maybe Deliora has something he hiding from Gray or some sort, he is shitty villain.

Holy shit...I am your father....and At the Same time...Deliora!!!! Yep that is official, Gray Lost it.



This will be official final fight between Deliora and Gray...and the moment where Gray surpasses the Ur!!!

It's obvious! Silver is Gray's father. Though I was surprise that Deliora was the demon inhabiting Silver's body. So it all connects.



Next chapter, Gray vs Silver! It's gonna be awesome!

After re-reading the chapter a couple times, I can only conclude Hiro Mashima is implying that after attacking Gray's village and before battling Ur, Deloria was looking for a human body and found Silver's.



And the fact that it ended up Gray's father's was just a big coincidence or 'destiny'.



Don't know how I feel about any of Silver's motivations for fighting Gray if that's the extent of their connection. He seems to actually hate Ur just and want to hurt Gray/her students because she sealed/killed him, not because he remembers they were there during the fight



I'm not buying that because he's waited 17 years without acting on it and unless it's revealed next chapter, he hasn't said anything about hating Lyon and Ultear (who's Ur's daughter and was a top member in fellow Balam Allaince guild Grimoir Heart who he should've heard of) too
