I don't really like it, it makes luffy extra childish, she looks like wendy with blond hair.

Nice! I was sure Hiro would give Lucy Aquarius back but I couldn't predict this.

Lucy aint useless, you can see eclipse arc that she aint just standing waiting for someone to close the door, even gave Natsu an idea to eat Atlas, against Franmalt she freed Natsu from being absorbed .. Also she aint weak 'Luck' is strength..

The Celestial Spirit King able to give Lucy the powers of Aquarius. Lucy using that spell again was awesome.

385 chapters later, Lucy has finally done something.

That old geezer is pretty awesome too. So Lucy has the ability due to the king to combine her own strength with that of Aquarius. Sounds good, but I still want the original back. :(
