Now let's look better and resume this, one ranged attack (DR), one melee attack (DP), and one that can be used either way (DW). One way to boost his magic status and magic power. At his own peril the ability to wield dual element magic.
Now let's look at Lucy:
Spirits:
* Aquarius (ranged)
* Leo (mainly melee, lion punch can be ranged)
* Virgo (melee)
* Gemini (can adopt the powers - on lesser scale - of everyone it wants)
* Sagittarius (ranged - supposedly never misses no matter the distance)
* Cancer (melee)
* Capricorn (melee)
* Scorpio (melee+ranged)
* Taurus (melee)
* Clock (not used for combat, but still a great shield)
* Aries (basically useless for combat mode. still a good cushion)
Spirits result: 5 melees, 2 ranged, 2 that can go either way, 1 shield.
Weapon: Celestial Whip (ranged)
Magic attack: 88 stars (ranged)
If Lucy keeps Aquarius power, this is a simulation of a death fight against her: Enemy vs Leo+Capricorn+Virgo+Lucy
Enemy forced on a melee fight while Lucy keeps using ranged aquarius power to weaken his attacks. At some point she'll pull one melee, and set Gemini transformed in Aquarius on attack, while at the same time prepares to launch the 88 stars attack. If the enemy at any point gets to close she can use the whip, and if he uses a ranged attack able to destroy everything around she'll use the clock as a shield. Is this not OP to you?!?!? 4 against 1 with a array of ranged and melee solutions at the same time leaving no open spaces....
Think about it. she's now using only one spirit (CSK) while fighting 3 opponents at the same time!!!! Imagine if she was able to control 3 spirits at the same time!!! Yes they would not be as powerful, but then again the use of CSK is due to the power of the enemy in question. Good thing that at least (so far) as long as CSK is summoned, she isn't able to summon more spirits, however, something tells me that on the next chapters, until she releases someone or gets more help that's exactly what is gonna happen...

I am sorry man, stopped taking you seriously when you equalized every spirit to a different power.
The fact that you conveniently forgot about a half of Natsu's attacks also proves my point. He had roar, wing and punch within first ~20 chapters. Then he got Wing Attack, Iron Fist, Brilliant Flame and bunch of other different attacks every single arc.
And then he got the Lightning mode which has variation of every single attack of his but with lightning added.
And as Said before comparing to other female characters, both Erza and Mira have about 3x the powerset amount that Lucy has, being able to comparably hold their own in most situations they are placed in.
Counting Lucy's spirits as separate attacks is like counting Natsu's normal punches as a special attack. All summoning does a same thing summon a spirit(99% of time useless one).
Lucy is one of two main characters of the show, yet unlike Natsu's her win ratio is pretty much 0, because she has no real options in her fight and her durability suffers.
Natsu gets power up every arc. This arc Mira and even freaking Wendy got massive power-ups, so why should not Lucy, who has been the weakest in the group due to her lack durability and firepower?
So yeah, wishing to take away the thing that can equalize her with the male lead IS sexist, since I am pretty sure so far I have proven your arguments as bullshit.

Celestial Spirit Mage eventually being able to use powers of celestial spirit by herself is far more logical than:
- Natsu randomly eating lightning and gaining it because lol
- Everyone running out of mana then going "LUL, we use tomorrow's then"
