I really doubt that someone would make a child responsible for Uls death. She choosed this path on her own.

Mashima stated in a interview not long ago that Fairy Tail will thematize a family-story, but Yukino-Sorano are out of the picture.

Ul had still the possibility to just run away or not? Gray wanted to avenge his parents and Ul saved his life. She chose the sealing option not only for her pupil but for all people.

Yeah, in similar circumstances it would be ridiculous to blame a young child for it.

Didn't Ul sayed that she wanted to fight Deliora any way?



It would not have been that day. It would have been when she was better prepared. Again if Gray had not run off on his own, Ul would not have fought Deliora that day.

I don't understand how Natsu got frozen so easily. Natsu handled another of the 9 demon gates, Jackal quite well. My best guess is that Silver has some connection with Ultear hence Silver saying to not utter that filthy name of Gray due to some misunderstandings. I reckon it is unlikely if Silver is Gray's brother or father as Ice magic isn't hereditary.
