I remember that The 10th opening we saw that Mavis and Zeref were walking the same line. That makes sense. that there are brother and sister. Since they know each other.



This chapter was great seeing Zeref again. Now he wants to kill everyone. Looks like Fairy Tail have a big battle ahead them. Especially Natsu because Zeref knows him. I hope we find out how Zeref knows him.

I love how after Natsu takes out the trophy everybody forgets that he took the king's crown.  Yay, Zeref showed up.  Since that weird creature that Obra controls was with Zeref, was Zeref masquerading as Obra or something.

That only happened in the last half of the chapter.

We still got a boring celebration chapter, an aged Ul chapter (which was boring but necessary so I am ok with it) and then another half of a chapter showing us how awesome the fairy tail guild is (irony).



And Zeref just randomly decides to kill everybody now. We dont know why yet (and knowing Hiro it will probably be pretty stupid) so I am not that excited about it yet. Just showing a char doesnt excite me that much. They probably wont even fight against Zeref for a while now.

So yeah... those 3 chapters were just a transition between arcs. Which could have been done in 2 chapters.

First of all, can someone tell me why there were three chapters this week??

Regarding the chapter, OH EM GEE. I know a lot of people were amazed by the showdown but I'm pretty sure my Mavis X Zeref crack pairing feels were exploding. I'm so confused what Mashima meant at the end, too!! Is fairy tail ending? Because most shounen mangas have a solid ending to be expected (i.e. Naruto vs Sasuke fight, finding One Piece) but I feel like fairy tail didn't really have an expected ending until Zeref came. Right before the timeskip, I felt like Fairy Tail (and Crime Soceire [sorry spelling lol]had a definite goal and it was to defeat Zeref. With the foreshadowing in this chapter, one can only assume Fairy Tail will end soon. T^T

Zeref returns, cant believe how he was just casually in that forest LOL. Zeref/ Mavis there, epic :D

So he's determined on wiping out the world now...and Mavis is adamant FT will stop him. Curious to know how Zeref/ Mavis know one another, be awhile till those flashbacks I guess. It will probably all fit in with Lumen Histore and the Dragons, well I think~



Also that little creature is with Zeref now? I'm guessing RT were not aware he's connected to him though. And assuming Tartaros are going to be making a move, I guess they'll be working under Zeref possibly?



Next 3 chapters will probably clue us in a little bit more hopefully. Also wondering about the current dragons, hopefully we get glimpse of them next week~
