And it does make sense because the tower is supposedly holds much information on magic or whatever, so if he ingested it, he should "theoretically" get that power.  Of course, if you're referring to the whole concept of it being stupid, then that's another matter. =P

i thought he was quite cool, especially that last page.

i thought that was awesome. i enjoyed the fact that he didn't get his true power through extreme emotion or anything like that because cmon how played out is that. oh im losing, nope my emotions awakens a whole new level. thats just real boring and thats how most manga/anime are.



here he did something as a defensive move and was able to benefit from it. nothing cliche or anything like that. i wonder if his class rank will change now because of this.

hell, got me all pumped up.

Natsu is overpowered now that he has eaten the Aetherion, he might become crazy or start turning into a Dragon.
