Not to disappoint you, but i doubt the author introduced the problematic violence loving guy for nothing...

Wow, this chapter was so... environmental, atmospheric and almost relaxing.



Hild's smile was so wholesome. That scar never took her beauty away. It was good to see her in peace.

(She reminds me of Nico Robin in a somewhat way when a serious woman slowly shows glimpses of her grace as the story goes)



Thorfinn giving them gifts and stuff was sweet (Although I would not completely agree with showing the location of their own settlements)

I hope we will see some times of peace (historical spoilers)
before we get the historical route, tbh we don't actually know why the Vikings left these settlements right? Or is it historically confirmed that they were attacked and driven out?

And considering that the broad brush of is manga is actually based on real events, well, avoid history books or Wikipedia if you don't want to be spoiled

That Hild smile at the end was beautiful. I’m so glad she’s gradually getting closer to Thorfinn. Based on how the actual history played out though, I’m not too sure things with the natives will go smoothly. Crazy to think we’re finally in Vinland though.

So, now it comes the part where the warmongering guy ruins everything and they have a battle royale with the natives, right? So sad that we reached the final arc btw...

damn how are they gonna communicate with the American Indians i wonder
