@FMmatron You're lucky. The character only piles up with Thorkell in the "too ridiculous for the ambiant seriousness" to me, constantly reminding me I'm reading a fantasy adventure rather than an historical one. At least, Thorkell is usually played for laugh, where this one goes as a pure threat and a dramatic attempt (especially with this lfashback).

                        This fight between Garm and Thorfinn has lived up to my expectations. Really interesting to see more of Garm's past too. I love how he shows no fear as a kid.



Seems more big fights are coming.

Makoto Yukimura finally gives Garm a back-story (well, just a brief of it though).

now we know that all this time Garm considered killing/war as a game where he thought of everyone that involved in it as friends.

A really, really good chapter..

This Garm challenging Thorfinn thing is quite boring from the beginning of his first appearance, but this ending is really good..

Yes, Thorfinn's part of reminiscencing Thors and Askeladd really have strong feeling in them..

Garm's past and his nature are also really good ...
