Not a great chapter action or plot-wise but it was pretty meaningful. Every Viking wants to go down fighting in order to go to Valhalla but this is the reality. When you die, that's it.
Once again I'm curious to see if Thorfinn manages to stick to keep his promise and manages to avoid a fight once again.
A whole month of waiting for a 14 paged chapter about a Viking not going to Valhalla...
While I appreciate the deep introspection the writer is going for with his revelation that it doesn’t exist, the chapter was too short and lacked emotional weight because it’s just a random fodder
