    I sat in my seat quitely while watching Erza and Ultear try and stare each other down, but Erza's attention was grabbed by the classroom door opening. And in walked the disaster of my life. The name of this disaster is Simon. I was not really fond of Simon simply because he crushed on my best friend and kept telling me to but out when we were children, but me being my gutsy self I stayed with Erza, one because at the age of 7 she lost both of her parents, and second because I was her best friend and last but not least because I loved seeing Simon getting irrated at the fact that I was always with her. It was like I could feel the jealously radiating off of him when his eyes met mine.

    there was this old man with tufts of white hair who kept looking at me with an expression of far off wonderment. his vague gray eyes shone amidst his wrinkled face and a not quite at all there smile beamed at me with childlike simplicity. i was greatly touched by his evident pleasure of alternately swallowing a spoonful of food and staring at my face. when he motioned me to come over to him, i was only a little alarmed.
