Keiran was once a civil servant in his world—an aspiring bureaucrat who, after years of failure, finally found the path to success. His life was poised to stabilize, and he could finally achieve the career he’d worked so hard for. But just as his future seemed secure, fate had other plans.
On the brink of a new life, Keiran is inexplicably torn from his world and reborn as Kaelan Drakemont, the forgotten son of a once-powerful duke. His father’s disappearance and the cruel betrayal of his stepmother left Kaelan exiled, broken, and poisoned by those who sought to strip him of his birthright.
Now, with the memories of both his previous life as Keiran and his new life as Kaelan, he must navigate a world filled with magic, political intrigue, and power struggles. In a land where mana and aura are the source of strength, Kaelan’s legacy has been buried under lies and betrayal, but his past knowledge and experience give him the tools to reclaim what was once his.
But the journey ahead is fraught with danger. Kaelan must rebuild his father’s dukedom, uncover the mystery of his father\'s disappearance, and confront the power-hungry forces that seek to use him for their own gain. As his strength grows, so does the complexity of his role in the world’s political games. Will the wisdom of his past life be enough to overcome the cruelty of his new world, or will the very forces he faces prove too much for even his combined knowledge to defeat?

The best words I can use to describe this novel would be ‘decent’Its not the best novel out there, nor is it the most intriguing. But that’s not a bad thing. I would say it’s a very good casual reader friendly book. The story has a intresting premise to keep the readers focus. Even though the book starts with a common villain Transmigration gimmic, it rapidly diverges and builds its own story. The mc dosent become the protagonist sidekick nor does he involve himself with the main plot of the book. His journey is to make sure he changes his destiny. Having read too many hyper realistic novels, reading a novel with a strong mc with a clear focus and charming personality is just refreshing. Some times you just want to see an op mc who always gets the best outcome. An mc who is not a pushover and is proactive with the girls he likes. This book really fills this niche very well. The writing quality is good and so is the pacing. The reader is almost never overwhelmed with information but at the same time information is given in small intervals. Again I might not seem like I am praising the book, but I really do appreciate such books. Even though the book is cliche, it still feels fresh. I would recommend everyone to read this book. Its one of the best casual reading experience one can have.I am happy I decided to read this book because it reminded me how enjoyable books like these can be. Keep up the good work Author.

It starts pretty well with the mc trying to understand his new powers ,hunting ,finding a goal ecc, but after the first volume the ghost theme is almost completely abandoned and he becomes a normal human with some special abilities

For the God of Wrath was a well-known God. One with powers that could rival those of Ankhseram, one of the most powerful God that ever existed. And yet, Thymos was quite young. And it's because of that, that he never was one to be patient.
