I really enjoyed this story. it had an awesome storyline. Loved the complexity of it and that it isn't only focused on sex scenes as many of the stories are in this app. Kudos author on a well-rounded story!

It's truly a shame that this series hasn't garnered many readers. However, for those of us who have had the chance to explore it, Kazan is an incredible series.

Plot:
The story of Kazan centers on the lone survivor of the Red Sand Clan and his quest to find his dear friend Elsie, who was abducted by an unknown demon. His journey begins with the resolve to avenge the death of his clan and parents, as well as the determination to locate his childhood friend. Along the way, he faces numerous challenges, meets new allies who assist him in his mission, and join him on his journey.

Art:
The art style in Kazan bears resemblance to the work of Hayao Miyazaki. It's engaging and has a generic appeal. At times, it can be endearing, yet also breathtaking. It surpasses the art quality of most shonen series I've read. The fight scenes are not as confusing either.

Character:
The characters in Kazan are well-developed. Each character has a mysterious or unknown past that compels you to keep reading to uncover their secrets. There are many questions about who they were, and as you progress through the plot, their identities are gradually revealed. It starts with Kazan, a person whose appearance might deceive you (though I won't elaborate on that). He is the sole survivor of the tragic destruction of his clan. Brave and unwavering, he is also caring, loving, and intelligent. Fawna, a mysterious young girl with the power to control water, adds to the intrigue with her unclear origins and hazy memories of her childhood. Then there's the elderly grandma, whose name I've forgotten, a clever and cunning elder filled with explosive tactics and wits. As they journey together, every event and place they visit strengthens them, imparts knowledge, and delivers messages that contribute to the narrative. All locations and people encountered are interconnected with the main plot.

Overall:
The plot may seem straightforward at first, but once the journey commences, you'll be eager to read one chapter after another. The story can be likened to Nausicaa, as both main characters are children of their clan's head leaders. The adventure is captivating, and Kazan's world features its own fascinating creatures and places. The major questions that arose surprised me. The twists and ending weren't what I anticipated; they left me completely off guard. The conclusion manages to remain thrilling. It's an unpredictable series that will keep you guessing about the next event. Every encounter with people in different places has its own tale to tell, whether memorable or tragic.

If you ever get the opportunity to read Kazan, give it a try—you'll discover an exceptional series! It's one of those hidden gems that has unfortunately slipped under the radar.

I really hoped to enjoy this manga more. The art style appeals to me, though it may not be a masterpiece, it's quite engaging with intriguing character designs and some effectively executed panels. On the positive side regarding the art, the paneling is easy to follow, and the action remains clear even amidst numerous events unfolding.<br /><br />The story is rather straightforward and generally satisfactory. The main character has an (to me) irritating catchphrase that's frequently repeated, and overall is characterized by brooding. This isn't necessarily novel in manga - in fact, that's the problem. If you're just going to be the brooding "good at fighting" protagonist, you need more compelling elements surrounding you. I think the side characters were decent but lacked the charm or intrigue to drive the narrative forward. For several chapters, the plot revolves around being "separated and reuniting," which doesn't contribute much value for the reader.<br /><br />Overall, it's acceptable. Not something to go out of your way for, but if you come across it or appreciate the art style, it won't hurt to give it a read. I didn't find it as enthralling as I had anticipated. While flipping through the volumes, I adore the art style on individual pages, but collectively, the magic just wasn't there for me.<p>
