For the last 75 years, humanity has been fighting a losing war against insectoids - relentless alien invaders.

Liam, discovered as a child inside one of their nests by a female soldier, has spent years living a quiet, civilian life, hiding his origin from the world, but when the military comes knocking on his doors, he is forced to join a brutal military academy, where survival is a daily battle.

Desperate to protect his home and the people he loves, Liam must navigate deadly trials while keeping his true nature a secret. But as he trains, a new threat emerges, one that could truly destroy everything he cares about.

To face it, Liam must embrace the monstrous power within him, even as others around him grow increasingly suspicious.

But Liam\'s greatest challenge isn\'t the war or the enemies he faces, but a system buried deep within him. The thing that makes him powerful could also make him the greatest threat of all.

1st mission: “Penalty for failure: Death”The story is great but the author really has no idea how to create tension. Every single character will be railroaded into a forced path and there will be no decission making, you will always know what will happen next. However it is at least an decently interesting path.Great story and concept. But the author just never leaves any possibility for alternate paths or ”what if” questions. Anything important was always going to happen the exact way it happened because the author only left one path for the story to continue.

'Knowing who the miners that were on the Cleyton. There would certainly be strict guards on board.' Conner knew that prison inmates volunteered to be miners to shorten their sentences, it didn't change the facts there were humans though, he gave another silent prayer for those whom are still surviving. He picked up the bullets and loaded them in the gun, cocking it while smiling. his gravely voices resonating in the small room he was in, "now, the fun begins". Putting on the guards security vest and helmet he left the room. After a brief moment of the lights flickering, all the lights blacked out. Conner retrieved the flashlight he had gotten from the guard. He started down the dark hallway.
