\"Mom, who took care of Dad when he was a child?\"
One innocent question created a butterfly that brought chaos to the minds of Konoha\'s citizens.
Hinata never expected she would ever regret such a day. That day that opened secrets that Naruto so desperately concealed behind a foolishly smiling face.
Note: I saw a writing prompt somewhere about Naruto getting adopted by the Uchiha so I had to write this.

The story maintains the essence of the original series while introducing unexpected twists and character developments, forcing readers to question their assumptions about Naruto's journey. The narrative is driven by the emotional depth of its characters, who face internal struggles and growth, much like the real-life journeys of the original cast. The bond between friends, the importance of friendship, and the relentless pursuit of justice are core elements that resonate across both the original and this retelling.
"Naruto: Distorted Daydream" is a testament to the enduring appeal of Naruto's universe and the creativity that can stem from exploring it in new ways. It invites readers to engage in a thought-provoking exploration, reminding us that even in the most familiar narratives, there lies untapped potential for exploration and self-discovery. Ultimately, it leaves a lasting impression, not just as a fanfiction, but as a testament to the power of storytelling to evoke empathy and inspire introspection.
The writing is good definitely not reinventing the wheel or anything but compared to other works on here 10/10
I actually think the only problem i have with this premise based story is the lack of a centered perspective meaning there is no mc.
One last thing we don't know what the story is directly about.
Is it how the unveiling of naruto's past will change the future or how naruto will change.
AUTHOR'S NOTE:
To me, Naruto stopped the day he became what he dreamt of. I refused it to continue further than that final chapter. Years and months later after that ending, I heard rumours of what happens with Boruto but each and every one of those rumours would irritate me and I kept rejecting it.
Like that, I began thinking of Naruto again. What happened after that final chapter? Was everything that was missing in Naruto fulfilled in Boruto? And so I started to write this book to fill in the blank spaces myself as I always do.
Here, I continue from Naruto and distort it to suit my selfish whims.
I will rewrite Boruto without ever watching it. 2-3ch/week.
TRIGGER WARNING! MAY CONTAIN GRAPHIC DESCRIPTIONS AND MATURE THEMES.
DO *NOT* READ IF YOU SUFFER FROM MALADAPTIVE DAYDREAMING BECAUSE IT WILL TRIGGER YOUR BRAIN LIKE IT DID MINE.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE UNDER 18. YOUR PARENTS/ GUARDIANS WILL DEFINITELY KILL ME.
DISCLAIMERS:
I do not own Naruto or anything related (including the title cover and pictures) except maybe a counterfeit wristband that I got for cheap.
This is a work of fiction based on another work of fiction and nothing written here is true or based on anything in real life and it is a pure coincidence if it ever happens because what I will write here is thought of on the spot and I myself do not know how it will turn out (Date 28-3-22)
I have very little memory of what I watched or read in Naruto so some details may differ. plsdonothateme
iamverysensitivesobenice ;-;
I have not watched Boruto I have zero knowledge about it except what characters were introduced in the final manga chapter of Naruto.
Ily. Stay safe.
