"M... Marissa! Are they my kids?" Rafael's eyes were fixed on the adorable faces of the children. "No, Rafael. They are not," Marissa replied with a forced smile, "They aren't yours. Remember?" she fluttered her lashes dramatically, "We were never married!" Marissa Aaron’s elder sister, Valerie Aaron, left her blind boyfriend at the altar and ran off. To save face, Marissa's family pleaded with her to marry Raphael Sinclair. The irony? She was not allowed to tell her blind husband that she was not Valerie but Marissa Aaron. On the day of Raphael's successful eye surgery, Marissa learned that Valerie had returned to reclaim her place as Sinclaire’s daughter-in-law. Marissa tried explaining to her husband that she was the one who married him, but he did not believe her. Heartbroken, Marissa decided to leave the city without revealing her secret. Raphael Sinclair was the epitome of drop-dead gorgeous and the sole heir of the Sinclair group of industries. What would he do when he discovered that the woman who offered him her love and body was not Valerie but her younger sister, Marissa Aaron? How would he react upon learning that he was the father of the babies Marissa carried in her womb? Would he pursue Marissa and win her back? And the million-dollar question! Would Marissa ever be able to forgive him and love him again?

It's a very, very cliché story. There are numerous instances where the dialogue between characters is genuinely cringeworthy, often revolving around awkward ecchi situations. Afterward, both the protagonist and the female character become incredibly shy, stumbling over their words while apologizing profusely. These moments occur frequently.

The manga doesn't hold back on over-the-top ecchi or exaggerated bust sizes. However, while I may be in the minority, I found this aspect to be part of the series' charm. The unapologetically excessive fan-service and emphasis on the female characters' attributes were, in my opinion, one of its strengths. While some easily offended individuals might disdain the sight of overly-endowed middle schoolers, I found it comedic and enjoyable precisely because of its absurdity. Where others saw disgust, I saw humor, which likely contributed to my positive experience with the series.

The art quality varies. At times, it looks excellent, with characters drawn in an appealing manner. Other times, however, their hands resemble those of monkeys, and their ears appear larger than their eyes. It's not the most consistent, but the poorly drawn panels are in the minority. Most look fine, with a few being particularly well-done.

One thing the characters have going for them is their uniqueness. There are many characters in this series, constituting one of the larger harems I've encountered, even if it's not strictly a harem. Each character has distinct quirks and personalities, along with adequate backstories. Some characters were more interesting than others, and development was uneven across the large cast. Nonetheless, many were quite likable. I especially enjoyed Kirika, Chiharu, and found Miharu to be a solid character as well.

The most disappointing aspect of the series is its pacing and conclusion. It fails to resolve anything satisfactorily at the end. Despite the multitude of characters, many of their arcs feel unfinished. Some characters were introduced briefly in a single chapter, either at the beginning or towards the end, and never revisited. I felt they deserved more focus and development. The final several chapters are essentially filler arcs for certain characters rather than a proper conclusion to the story. It feels as though a few more volumes were intended before the series wrapped up. You can sense that things were approaching resolution, leading up to what seemed like an impending conclusion, but then the series ends abruptly. If you're bothered by a lack of satisfying closure, you might want to consider other options.

This is not a deep manga by any means, but I believe people judge it too harshly due to personal offense taken by the fanservice and the characters' exaggerated features. It does suffer from pacing issues, clichés, and an unsatisfying ending. However, if you can overlook these aspects, it's actually not that bad. It won't win any awards, but I enjoyed it. A more resolved ending would have enhanced my enjoyment significantly.

a typical ecchi shonen rom-com, with barely any plot and way too much "plot". I don't have an issue with semi-horny mangas; there are plenty that manage to be both titillating and genuinely interesting at the same time. My problems with Eiken come down to two main points: firstly, the art is pretty off-putting (admittedly, quality is subjective, but I find it hard to believe many people would enjoy looking at it); secondly, the ecchi scenes aren't particularly good at being enticing.

The latter issue is partly due to the former, but the execution of these scenes also plays a role. The central premise of the manga is that Densuke (the protagonist) constantly experiences "lucky pervert" moments (much to his chagrin), which hinder his attempts to get closer to his crush. If these incidents happened in moderation, it would be acceptable—extremely cliché, but fine. The problem is they occur literally all the time. You can expect accidental gropings to happen at least 3-5 times per chapter, and they quickly become tiresome (not to mention stretching credibility).

Another issue is that the female characters seem to genuinely suffer during these moments. While some emotional or slight physical discomfort might be expected in this type of scenario, the mangaka goes out of their way to depict them in pain, vocalizing how agonizing each new ridiculous way Densuke accidentally gropes them is. I'm not sure if the creator has some kind of sadistic streak, but it's incredibly off-putting and uncomfortable having them scream in pain every few pages. (I guess you might like that sort of thing if you're into sadism...?)

As for the plot, it's... perfectly adequate. It's your standard slice-of-life school rom-com with episodic storylines. There's no real overarching plot, and nothing significant happens. That isn't necessarily bad, but the problem lies in the characters—they're terrible. Every character is a boring, one-note, walking trope.

The cast of the titular Eiken Club:

Densuke, the typical harem protagonist. He's shy and awkward but has a heart of gold and is willing to help anyone in need.

Lin Grace, who is peaceful yet freakishly strong, filling the "weird foreigner" role.

Komoe, whose sole defining trait is that she's a sixth-grader with large breasts (🤨???)

Chiharu, Densuke's crush, who is just as shy and awkward as he is. (Expecting any progress in their relationship within the first 100 chapters? LOL)

Yuriko, Chiharu's sister. Here to fill the "insanely horny and forward" slot that every harem needs. Constantly sexually harassing poor Densuke.

Miharu, the cousin of the previous two. She's not in the club but knows Densuke from a part-time job. She's the less "annoying & horny genki girl" version of Yuriko but the more "actually developed as a damn character" version of Chiharu.

The teacher, who serves as their advisor. She never gets a name, which shows how little the author cared about these characters.

Teddy, a fourth-grader in a giant bear suit, for... some reason!

Kyouko, a scientific genius loli who secretly loves cute things and is searching for her absentee mom.

Kirika, a towering woman whose main goals in life seem to alternate between bullying/sexually harassing/trolling Densuke and avoiding work as the club president. She appears to have a hidden kinder and less forceful personality that occasionally emerges when she's sick or drunk. Her past remains a mystery to both the club members and the student body.

Only 2.5 of these characters are even semi-interesting and possess their own personalities, and that simply isn't enough. Eiken isn't good enough at the ecchi to compensate for its lack of character depth. The only reason I give this a 4 is because a couple of characters have redeeming features, and the plot occasionally manages to be funny. In conclusion, don't waste your time on this: the bad moments are everywhere, and the oases of good moments are too few and far between. If you're looking for a decent school slice-of-life ecchi manga, there are far better options. (For instance, try "In Bura" if you want something short, and "Torture Club Girls After School" if you're after something longer.)

One glance at this manga screams "Boobs." This anime is heavily ecchi-focused.

Story: 5 - It's a typical tale of guy meets girl, nothing groundbreaking or particularly engaging here.

Art: 9 - The artwork is exceptionally sleek and polished. This is the manga's strongest feature.

Characters: 7 - A few characters are somewhat original, but for the most part, they're just variations of the usual "large-breasted girl" trope.

Overall: 6 - It's decent enough to read, occasionally interesting, but there's an overwhelming amount of ecchi (plenty of nudity and panty shots). If you enjoy that kind of content, this might be the manga for you. :D However, if you're not into it, I wouldn't recommend giving it a try.

I wouldn't call this the greatest manga ever, but Seiji has a knack for turning every situation into something perverted and troublesome for Densuke.

The one thing I can genuinely praise about this series is its art style—it's sleek, bold, and incredibly curvy.

This series is entirely focused on fan service and catering to those with a penchant for large breasts.

    A must-read for any self-proclaimed pervert.

    Certainly! Here's the rewritten content:

Different yet an exceptionally good and sexy School manga.
The Manga revolves around the Eiken Club, where most members are girls, with the sole male member being Mifune Densuke. He's new to the Eiken Club and was coerced into joining by the club leader, a girl named Kirika, who boasts mega-sized breasts (incidentally, most girls in Eiken have similarly impressive assets). Also part of the club is Chiharu, the school's most popular girl and Mifune's secret crush.

    And thus, the story begins.

The manga doesn't follow a strict storyline (perhaps it will develop in the later volumes?), but most volumes consist of chapters detailing the various activities of the Eiken Club. These include school trips, holidays, events, and much more.

At its core, this is a typical Harem manga with Ecchi, slice-of-life elements, and romantic comedy. However, as mentioned earlier, what sets it apart is the exaggerated anatomy of the female characters. At first, it might seem a bit odd—Kirika's breasts, for instance, are larger than her entire body. But this exaggeration introduces fresh comedic elements not often seen in other Ecchi mangas.

For fans of big breasts and those looking for a wild, sexy Ecchi romantic comedy, "Eiken" is a must-read.

Come on, let's be honest and truthful, this manga is filled with cliché romance, over-the-top ecchi, and the same old harem characters you see everywhere. Just plain boring.

I like ecchi (but I hate harems), and I enjoy romance, but this is just disappointing.

Story (1): It's exactly the same as any other ecchi-filled harem with identical settings.

Art (3): The art isn't terrible, but I've seen much better, especially in the ecchi scenes.

Character (1): Where are the characters? All I see is big boobs—literally.

Enjoyment (2): It's just subpar; I've seen and read far better.

Overall (1): There's nothing else to say.

In my opinion, this is one to avoid at all costs.
