As all kids do, Hera dreamed of becoming an explorer. Sadly, when she turned 18, she found that her stats and lack of skills made her fall short of the requirements to become one. She ended up working at a bookstore.
That should have been the end of her story. But when she won a lottery for a level-up, she discovered a hidden and rare skill.
The system reignited her dream, and this time she was determined not to let it slip away.

This story is set in a world where game-like systems are commonplace. Everyone has a level, status, and skills. If your stats are good enough, you can become an explorer—someone who ventures into the MAZE, a dungeon filled with monsters, creatures, and magical elements absent from the regular world.
The narrative follows Hera, a woman who always wanted to be an explorer but whose low status prevented her from achieving this dream. One day, she wins a raffle that allows her to level up for the first time, giving her a second chance to fulfill her childhood aspiration.
The story focuses more on the possibilities and how things work rather than power or revenge.
The pace might be a bit slow for some, but that's intentional. I aim to give the story a slice-of-life feel.

Descriptions are delightful, bringing you along with Hera in her journey experiencing and seeing so many things. A fantastic book by a fantastic author.
For now, some of the side characters could use a little more character development but that is a small nitpick on my end. Really like how most of side characters and even party members have goals. The party members are not just blindly following the mc like loyal dogs like most novels. Some of them even have obligations that force them to step away from party. It makes the world seem more fleshed out and makes me feel main character is going through many people to get to her own goals. Which I really like.
The beginning is a little slow and I was kinda put off by the low-esteem mc and her family interactions. Felt like I had to push through it. After all, I'm not going into dungeon novels to learn about domestic issues involving self-esteem.
However, once the story moves towards the training & dungeon life (which is the majority of this novel so far), it is really good.
I rarely read a story with less than 200 chapters, but this story just seemed so much fun.
It’s a light story of a girl with a faithful to her dream. It’s upbeat and so far it has avoided the intense drama, angst, and generalized killing of Dungeon stories. It reminds me a little of the mood of japanese adventurer light novels.
I have one complaint: 3 chapters a week is too few!!!! But no pressure, I keep counting the hours for the next chapter.
And I have a few doubts: why haven’t the army of the different countries of the world moved to take control of the resources of the maze? Who is in charge of the guild and how is it able to mantain itself independent from the government?
If I think of more questIons, I write later.
Nothing in my life will make more sense after this story. (sorry for my grammar, my english sucks) I love you <3

I do hope everyone can enjoy this novel. Our MC will spend a lot of time on her own exploring and discovering things inside the MAZE.
The idea is to mix some regular fantasy troupes with some slice of life, showing how is to actually live as someone who fights monsters and explore different places for a living.
