This is an action + kingdom-building story where the MC and his kingdom (realm) are metaphorically powered by his lustful acts.
Hiro (our boy, the MC) gets transmigrated into a magical world filled with dungeons, monsters, mythical races, warring kingdoms, heroes, heroines, villains, rulers, and all manner of gods.
He starts with a small amount of land that is riddled with problems and makes his way to the top.
Of course, his golden finger, the Diadem of Carnal Sin has greatly altered the intended experience by adding a great deal of smut into his story.
