Demonic Regression - My Path Towards Becoming A Hero

I was supposed to walk the path of a hero... but because of that... that blasted thing...! I had no other choice but to become a demon.

I now walk the path of a vengeful demon, doing whatever it takes to please my King.

Yes, even if it means that I, myself, have to evolve into a demon lord, I shall conquer whoever it is that hinders our paths!

Yet, as pathetic as I am, I find myself lying on the ground flat on my back as I fall in battle against the wretched Heroes. Suddenly, as the memories of my previous life as a human flashes during my final moments, I suddenly hear a voice call out.

[This wasn\'t how things were supposed to go.]

But when I tried to look, there was nothing there.

[This time, I shall guide you so that you can live a different life.]

When I opened my eyes again, I was now back in the past.

This is my path to a new life of becoming a hero.
