Becoming a Mage In a New World

Gavin, a window cleaner with a love for all media involving magic and the supernatural in general, dies and is reincarnated in a world that he could only call a dream-come-true. Determined to not let himself fall into mediocrity a second time, he lets a newly formed ambition take hold of him, for better or worse.

A/N: This is my first time trying to write anything and I intend to use this story as more practice than anything serious. I\'m just making the plot up as I go so don\'t expect anything revolutionary.

I only have a general direction I want to take things, so suggestions are welcome. At the time I\'m writing this I have the first five chapters done. I personally think they aren\'t all that great, and are a bit chaotic, but I hope I\'m just being overly-critical. When I wrote them, I was trying a bit of everything to get a feel for where I wanted to take things, but I think it should improve quickly.
