Storm has only ever desired one thing in his life: freedom. Having never attained it, he thought his life would end with that regret. And yet, much to his surprise, he opens his eyes once again -- only as a newborn baby. Given a second chance, Storm decides to attain his freedom at any cost. But much to his misfortune, he is born into a world where he has none. In Cecilian, the lower class is oppressed. They are given only one of two choices. Fight. Or die.
