Year 2080

Virtual Reality has been a part of Society for more then 60Years. There are hundreds of Games on the market, for many Genres from Fantasy, Medival Age, Ego-Shooter, Science Fiction, Recreational Sports, to Constructive VRGs and more. Building Kingdoms, becoming the Worlds Heroes, destroying Worlds, Reliving past Historical Events (such as Wars, Epidemics, Natural Disasters), Conquering Space, playing Virtual Soccer, Surfing not only on waves but even among Stars or on the Sun, other Sports, creating Zoo\'s, Gardens, Villages,Kingdoms, and nearly everything else imaginable.

Even with the VR-Technology having advanced to such a high level, there were still boundaries which nobody has been able to overcome. There were limits for pure realitism, the amount of time and time difference we can tolerate are just a few of them. Nobody has been able to adapt their technology fully to the Human brain, as it is unique and even with modern technology, contains more misteries than answers.

The time difference has been stuck at a 1:8 ratio for more than forty years. Of course there were many tries to go beyound this ratio, but our brains have not been able to handle it. Hundreds of thousands of People got mentally unstable, up to pure insanity, killing themselves or even thousands of People under the influence of their hallucination.

The Goverments have implemented strict laws which prohibit the use of any technology which goes behind those limits. Only a handful of Companies have gotten the authority to research overcoming the limits of our brains. Each company is closely watched by Goverment Agents and is under monthly sometimes weekly auditions of all their data.

Among those authorised is Choi Corporation, a small company focused on rehabilitation and recreational Virtuality. Their greatest achievement has been curing the schizophrenic disorder through a special 1 year programm. Nobody has ever thought, they would produce anything related to entertainment, but this changed on the 1st may 2080. Choi Corporation has announced the release of a Virtual Reality Game, not just any game, but one with 99,9999999% announced realism and advertised breakthrough with never seen before Time ratio and security measures.
