Asalea's eyes narrowed, deducing the event to be a wedding ceremony. Would she be attending a celebration of marriage? "Whose nuptials are these?" she inquired of the attendant who fetched her. "Theirs, ma'am," he replied, producing an item from within his bag. "Please wear this," he handed her a stunning black veil adorned with black diamonds and a tiara. "This is your wedding attire," he emphasized. In shock, Asalea exclaimed, "What?!" "This union is yours, madam," the young man repeated. Frowning, she pressed, "And who am I to wed?" "You'll find out soon enough. Please prepare, the wedding march begins," he instructed, stepping aside as the melody filled the vast astrodome. Asalea weighed her options: to comply or vanish and run. Choosing the former, she realized running would mean certain death. Accepting her fate, she observed her elegant black dress, veil, and opulent surroundings, deducing that her groom must be from the esteemed Glodeous Kingdom. Perhaps this could be a chance to rebuild her life and later exact revenge on the Ecleteon werewolves. With determination, Asalea lifted her chin and began her graceful stroll toward the altar. Approaching, she noticed the silhouette of a man standing before her. Assuming he was her groom, she mused, "Not bad," under her breath. As the man slowly turned to face her, she was only steps away. Her eyes widened upon recognizing him. "Hello, my enchanting vampire," he whispered, gazing deeply into hers with his sapphire blue eyes.
