Wattys 2019 Winner! "So when is it a problem? Oh, when you're in love." ----- Simon St. John is a liar, a cheater, a fraud -- but only because he has to be. Born with the ability to shape shift, his childhood was mostly spent learning to control his many faces in a world where most people only wear one. In fact, it was almost fun, in a way, until he met Valerie Love. Valerie Love is a college student fresh out of luck. For years she has watched her friends fall in and out of love, test the waters of relationships, earn their stripes in the wondrous field of romance. Valerie, however, has watched from the sidelines, passing face after face, meeting person after person without forming many connections. She has mostly given up on the idea of searching for love, until Simon lends her a new hope. Follow the strange story of college students Simon St. John and Valerie Love as one finally discovers the true definition of identity, and the other questions what it really is to be known.

The manga, in my opinion, is complete and utter trash. The art work is good but cannot even begin to compare to the novel. The novel goes into much more detail than the manga and doesn't give you the feeling that you missed something huge, unlike the manga. So if your considering not reading this because you read the manga, think again. Truthfully, the author should try to find a way to break out of this contract before this novel starts to die

I usually don't give a review on anything but THIS, THIS is the thing that motivated me to do it. The characters as of now which is ch 11 are great. The story is great. I really hope this won't end up as the last one and I will be silently supporting the author and the book. Good luck author🤞

Night had descended once more. The lights of the city were as brilliant as before, but this time the man with the smiling mask ran along one of the walls bordering the city. He sighed as he counted with his fingers, as if trying to jog his own memory, the thumping of boots echoing with his pace.

At the base, handle, and long part of the Staff, there were small vines that wrapped around it, giving it a feeling of gentleness and love. It looked like it belonged to nature. For some reason though, Yuna's heart felt warm just holding it. Like it belonged there. Out of some unknown urge, she felt a small pool of warmth gather in her stomach before feeling the warmth travel up her body and into her hands. She felt amazement.
